Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
– you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or
– in the case of partial deliveries, you or your appointed third party took possession of the last item.

Special Notice for Handmade Ceramics
All items are handmade and use experimental glazes. Variations in color, surface, texture, or small irregularities, including so-called “glaze imperfections,” are intentional and part of the design. These do not constitute a defect and are not a valid reason for returns or complaints.

Returns Due to Damage
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged and transport damage can be clearly ruled out. Customers must contact us via email within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by the seller only in confirmed cases of damage not caused during transport. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed via PayPal after the returned item has been received and inspected.
